This special issue will complement the 10th International Conference, on the theme of resource availability in a low carbon world, organised in partnership with The Oxford Martin School. The conference will take place on 2-3 November 2017 in Oxford.
Successful articles will be published throughout October 2017 and will be considered for presentation at the conference
